Oh, Christ, King of Glory, And merciful redeemer!
Hear me, I pray to thee, I am purchased with thy blood.
Thou dost know my great sins that I have commited against thee.
Even as I left my mother's womb. Ah, have mercy on me, O God!

Remember, O Lord, thy pact that thou didst swear unto us:
That thou wilt not let a sinner perish But will see him repent and live.
I confess I am a sinner, I sigh, repent and come to thee
And seek thy forgiveness, against which I have transgressed.

O almighty King, O Jesu ever-merciful! Hear this poor one!
I pray to thee in earnest, Who else would hear me? Who else would help me?
If thou dost not hear me, help me, None else can help.

Praise be to the, O Jesu! Forever and ever praise as thou art merciful to all who cry to thee.
